The Truth About Our Guarantee

(And Why 1 in 20 Clubs Don’t Work Out)
I want to start this off by being really honest. We’ve failed a martial art club before. More than once.
That might sound a bit crazy to admit, but it’s the truth. Not every club we work with ends up being a win.
Our Success Rate (and Failure Rate)
Our failure rate is about 5%. That’s 1 in 20 clubs.
So yes, 19 out of 20 clubs we work with get the results we promise. But 1 doesn’t. And that’s just reality.
Even though we guarantee results, sometimes things don’t click. Maybe the area has less young families, maybe the campaign just doesn’t land or maybe the owner does not convert any of the people we send them for a trial. It’s rare, but it happens.
Nothing to Hide
I always tell clubs this up front. And now you know too. Nothing’s hidden.
Here’s how our guarantee actually works: if we don’t get you the number of paying members we agreed on within a month, we give your money back. Simple as that.
What We Don’t Guarantee
We’re not pretending we’ve got a magic wand. There’s only one thing guaranteed in this life, and it isn’t that every single marketing campaign works perfectly.
So no, I can’t promise 100% without fail we’ll always get you new paying members. That would be a lie.
What I can promise is this: if we don’t get you the members, you don’t lose your money. We give it back. That’s our guarantee. That’s in our control and we have given refunds to 5 different clubs.
And yeah, that happens 1 in 20 times.
“But How Can You Guarantee That?”
When I say this to club owners, I often see the same reaction. Eyebrows go up. They ask: “How can you guarantee that?”
And that’s why I’m writing this. To explain it.
The guarantee is:
95% chance we’ll get you paying members.
If we don’t, you get your $ back.
That’s it. No tricks. No fairy dust. Just a simple money-back promise (and we put it in writing too of course).
“I’ve Tried This Before…”

I hear another thing a lot too:
“Well, I’ve tried this before.”
And I get that. Lots of clubs have tried ads, flyers, referral deals, or maybe even another marketing company. But saying “I’ve tried it all” is like saying: “I’ve been into six martial art clubs — they’re all the same.”
But you and I both know they’re not. Styles are different. Instructors are different. Clubs have different vibes. It’s the same for marketing and marketing people. Just because something didn’t work before doesn’t mean it won’t work now.
Case Study – 6 Clubs.
Here’s what’s coming up: next month I’m starting a small case study group with 6 martial art clubs. The goal? Increase the pairs of feet on the mat.
Why only 6? Because I’m trying something new with the pricing. It’s the lowest we’ve made it in almost 3 years. I want to make it so even a small club can afford to work with us and build up.
Yes, we benefit too. This isn’t charity. But it’s designed for the clubs who want more members and need to build cash flow slowly and steadily.
How to Put Your Hand Up
Here’s how you can see if it’s right for you:
Send me your club’s address. That’s step one. We only work with one club in each area, so I’ll check if your area’s open. If it is, I’ll send you the case study details.
Right now, there are 6 spots total. 5 are still open.
If you’re serious about growing your numbers, this is the best deal we’ve made in almost 3 years.
So, send me your address, and I’ll let you know if your area’s free.
Talk soon,
Craig
P.S. When you’re ready to get more members on the mats, just email me with your club’s address. If we already work with a club in your area, we’ll tell you. If not, we’ll send the info through.
